For doing MD in US the first thing you need to do is check in world directory of med school  weather Your college is there. Apply for ECFMG ( edu commission for foreign medical graduates) to get identification number. Fill the form and get sign by your dean.

You can pursue SAT and JEE together. Math asked in SAT is far simpler than that in JEE. Be that as it may since there is no English-related segment in JEE, you should invest extraordinary amounts of energy to plan for SAT English/Verbal section. SAT and JEE are altogether unique
