Yes, you can prepare for the ACT and SAT in one month. However, you will have to be very dedicated to the study process. I recommend that you take a practice test first to get a baseline score. I recommend using a study guide that has several tests

Hi Mohammad,

As per the last year OBC cutoff which was 146 you haven't cleared the stage I cutoff and thus not qualified for further process.

Hello.
In sense of the difficulty level ACT exam is much stronger , because the science and mathematics portion asked in the exam is of high level while in SAT exam it is not so,
For the beneficial point of view SAT exam is much weight full than ACT exam.

Most four - year colleges require that all applicants , domestic and international alike , take the SAT or ACT.  If English isn't your first language , then you will likely also have to take TOEFL to apply to college. Most colleges will equally accept IELTS or PTE
