You can take admission in 5th cut off if the percentage released by college is equal to your percentage and if college have seat for your category..

It depends upon your rank and category, but if you're saying you got a call from BBDU I think you'll manage to get admission into Dr. BR Ambedkar university as according to its previous year's cutoff stats the closing rank for CSE was around 92496 and for ECE it was

Based upon your rank,your chances of getting a seat in government medical college is difficult but you can try for private and deemed medical colleges.i hope this information helps you.
