For taking admission in MSC bioinformatics course in Savitribai Phule University Pune Maharashtra with chemistry physics biology botany zoology e for BSC biotechnology course also. Candidates have to go for an entrance test which is taken and conducted by Savitribai Phule University respected department. In MSC bioinformatics course is is taken on the basis of marks in qualifying insulation and entrance examination also.

The admission for MSc Biotechnology is conducted through the centralized Combined Entrance Examination (CEEB) which is conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru University JNU), New Delhi.

Eligibility Criteria - Candidates should have passed or appearing for (BSc) are eligible to apply.

Syllabus:

The 2 hours based entrance in Savitribai Phule Pune University named OEE is conducted. The test will be of 100 marks. There will be 2 sections:

Section A will have questions on general knowledge, aptitude, logic, and comprehension for 20 marks.

Section B will have subject-specific questions for 80 marks. So, in section B you will be asked questions from Physics, Chemistry and Biology. The questions will mainly be what you have studied in class 11 and 12th.

Yes, SPPU(Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune) conducts an entrance exam to give admission to MSc in drug chemistry.

Admission to the students offered on basis of Bsc chemistry marks and entrance test and weightage is given equally to both of these.

The entrance test is expected to be held in May/June.

The most basic eligibility criteria for taking admission in BCA course of Savitribai Phule Pune University is to complete minimum 45% marks in the aggregate of 10 + 2 class level board examination. The candidates are required to clear the entrance exam for taking admission in BCA course. However merit scores of 12th class are also considered while giving admissions.
