yes savitribai phule pune university (SPPU) has extended the date of filling and submitting the application form till august 10,2020 , before it used to july 20  , also entrance test taken for admission are postponed too.

According to the resources , Dean of engineering faculty at savitribai phule pune university , manohar chaskar, said a supreme court order prohibits admissions to professional courses without an entrance test. chaskar said, "the government could go for a blended entrance examination with online and offline options. students in rural areas can have separate arrangements for the exam offline at gram panchayat or tehsil offices. the students in urban areas should be able to manage with their own resources at home.”

No , As considering the situation which has been caused due to covid 19 the SAVITRIBAI PHULE UNIVERSITY have decided to extend application form submission till 10 August (online mode ). Earlier the date for submitting the admission form was JULY 20 , 2020.

see there is no specific syllabus, questions is based on bachelors courses topics in botany, however you may check the others university questions papers as reference, like bhu pet, cucet etc. some of the books you may follow ,

Hostel are depend on students economically and how long distance lived and and then you can apply for the hostel.  Hostel is very very neat and well maintained for the study oriented infrastructure. • Separate those topics which you have been studied in your graduation and which you haven't touched yet.

Admissions to hostel facilities are given strictly on merit basis. The form is to be filled online on the University's website.
