The lower age limit to appear for SBI PO 2021 is 21 years as on April 1, 2021 and upper age limit is 30 years as on April 1, 2021. And the candidate must have born in between April 2, 1991 and April 1, 2000. There is no relaxation

It is not possible to say what the cut off will be for this time as the cut offs keep varying each year. However ,for Uttar Pradesh ,the cut off of the previous year mains for unreserved candidate was 90.25.  So one has to score somewhere around this score

Age limit for clerical position for both SBI and IBPS is 28 years. Since you were born in 1993 in the month of December, you will be 28 years + (some months) old in 2022 (April) and therefore you are not eligible for either of SBI or IBPS

As far as exam pattern and eligibility criteria is concerned both of them are same but SBI conducts separate PO exam (http://www.lkacademy.co.in) whereas IBPS recruits for all the other public sector banks apart from SBI. Currently there are 12 nationalized banks .
