As per the norms its well mentioned that your signature must be on a white page with black ball point pen. As you have done it with blue ink then you are not abiding the rules. Now as you have not followed the rules then there can be a chance

You are not eligible for SBI clerk examination. Your age will be between 20 years to 28 years. Not less than 20 and not more than 28 years. You should born in not earlier than April 2, 1993 not later on April 1, 2021. So  your age 20 years

As per the notification released by State Bank of India regarding the SBI Clerk 2021 examination one has to submit the hand-written note/declaration along with the scanned images of his/her thumb print and signature. SBI conduct so many examination like PO examination, clerk examination, SO Examination. So if you are graduate because you said that you are completed your BSC so you are easily eligible for SBI all examination. Just prepare yourself for examination and give the examination.

Yeah! That is the most probable solution for you. But this may lead to a double registration of yourself which may cancel your application. I would recommend you to contact the concerned authority and do this after there confirmations.
