Hello Aspirant,
Till now National Testing Agency has not declared any report stating the number of students category wise. The did announce that total of 869010 candidates have appeared in JEE-Main January session of 2020.
Unless NTA or any other competent authority declares any official report regarding the above issue we cannot predict anything.
I hope you understand.

Cut-offs are different for different colleges and as you have not mentioned about the college so it is little bit difficult to guide you accurately.
If we talk about Scope of B.Sc Agriculture, than there is a great scope of B.Sc in Agricultural field. I am enlisting down some jobs based on asked course :-
I hope this information cleared your doubts. For cut-off please mention the name of college in which you are seeking admission.
You will have two types of fee :tuition fee and college fee(but if you are far from college, then you have to pay for college bus also)
Tuition fee:you said you belong to SC.. So, your tuition fee is paid by government for that you should apply (get that information from the college ), otherwise you have to pay again(so, kindly ask about the scholarship and submission dates, get in touch with them)...
College fee:this college fee should be paid compulsory by you... That depends on college to college.. This fee includes library, books for every semester etc..
Bonus :after completion of your firs training year you will get extra 5k/- from government...
I hope you got the answer! :-)

Maharashtra MBBS seats are filled through 15% All India Counselling and 85% State Counselling. The State Quota seats are filled divided into 70% Regional quota and 30% State Quota. The 70% Regional quota seats are reserved for Candidates belonging to Vidarbha, Marathwada and Rest of Maharashtra. And the Constitutional quota of Maharashtra is for Candidates belonging to SC, ST, Vimukta Jati/Denotified Tribes, NT-A,B,C,D and OBC. In 2019 under State Quota for Regional seats, 477 marks secured a seat in GMC, Latur. Under State seats, it was 450. Those were the cut offs for SC Category. Now this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. For a seat in 2020, you need to aim atleast for 500-525. The fees is approximately 98,000 Rs per year without the miscellaneous charges. For more information, please visit the official website: http://www.gmclatur.org/feesstructure/
In 2019, under State Quota, 323 marks secured a seat in Subbaiah Institute of Medical Science under SC Category. That has been the cut off under Government Quota seats. Now this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. With NEET being pushed by 5 months, Candidates had longer time to prepare for NEET. And so the competition is expected to be tough. This means, the cut offs are bound to be higher and so you need to target atleast 375-400.
