my CRL ran k 257122 and sc rank 16732 posisble for govt collages

Moumoyee Chakraborty 5th Sep, 2022

Hello Applicant

The chance of getting seat into any Government College depends on the factor of cutoff which in turn depends on

The number of students who appeared in the exam

The Seat matrix of the government institutions

The difficulty level of the exam

Although it is just a prediction however based on the past few years cut off trends it is evident that with 16732 SC category rank, the chances of admission into any government institute is moderate to low. This is due to the fact of restricted seats in the Institutions and increasing competition, but you can easily get private institutions.

Hope this helps you!!!!

Roshni 27th Aug, 2022

Hi,

While predicting your college with the help if the JEE Main college predictor you should put your category rank if you belong to any of the reserved categories because that rank will be considered during JoSAA counselling - which is 1500 for you.

And for open category students, they have to put their CRL rank.

I hope that was helpful.
