If we go through the analysis of marks Vs Percentile Vs rank for JEE-Main 2020 then according to the marks mentioned by you in the question your rank and percentile is expected to be in the range of 34966 - 27838 and 92-95 respectively, you can check out marks Vs ranks Vs Percentile from the link given below :-
You can also use JEE-Main Rank Predictor to predict your rank :-
First of all there is no IT branch in NIT Durgapur and as we go through the latest cut-offs of JEE-Main 2020 of JOSAA 6th round then it shows that the closing SC rank for NIT Durgapur was 5224 for Mechanical branch in NIT Durgapur under Home state quota for SC category. still one more year to complete my graduation .! and whats the procedure to apply in SC CATEGORY and how much fees I have to pay for studying MBA
see the fees structure for MBA is differ college to college. in IIMS you would get fees relaxation based on your financial condition. however 2 years mba fees ranges from 4-28 lakhs or more.
to apply for sc category you must have documents to support sc category, category certificates need to renew in every year. you need to go through the official website of state back ward class welfare portal. then you may apply for caste certificate online. however the application process may differ as per state wise.

The cutoffs are less comparatively for reserved category than general category since some seats in every colleges are already reserved for Scheduled caste, scheduled tribes, obc, etc. categories.
You can check in the site below the cutoffs of all the medical colleges of Delhi. For example, the college that you've asked for ie Maulana Azad Medical College had cutoff 647 marks for General category and 455 marks for the SC category. So you can see the huge difference in the cutoffs here.
