You cannot use UPSC preparations to get scholarship anywhere. Scholarships are provided on the basis of marks you get in any entrance exam or aptitude test conducted by institutes. UPSC Coaching institutes do not provide any option for scholarship except for Byjus. Byjus conducts a national test and based on your marks they provide some relaxation in your fees.

The score card that you get at the end of every academic session is called a marksheet.

A document that is given after graduation to a student. It is a proof or document which is given to an individual after completion of any degree.

so you can't apply your 12th marksheet in the place of graduation certificate.
