You can get fee concession based on your category. There are many scholarships program in which you can apply and avail the facility. Programs can be college level, state level, etc.
You can apply through national scholarship portal.
Alternatively, you can avail education loan for financial support.

Institute merit scholarship :-

Institute merit intencive award :-
Eligibilty :
Merit of qualifying exam
10% from each State Board
Minimum 80% attendance in a Semester

You cannot avail both NSP Scholarship and TS ePass Scholarships as both of them are government scholarships. You are permitted to apply for only one government scholarship. However, you can apply to more than one private scholarships.

Dear student,
There are many scholarship and fee reimbursement offered by the government and private but in most of the cases you have to pay your college fee to the college management and you fill the form of scholarship to the authorities which offer scholarship.
So there is no way that you do not have to pay your fee in full and beside that you give your scholarship, and most of the scholarships are given after the fee paid in full (that is not a compulsory term but the time slot are arranged in the way) so you have to pay your full fee!
