Currently, the Medical Council of India (MCI) and Indian Nursing Council (INC) regulate only those courses that are offered through medical and nursing schools . Only medical courses will come under MCI. But MHA from a medical college might be MVI recognized ,so you may check it up.

Yes of course you can use your ID card issued by your school because it is acceptable by NTA as you Identification type. For this you have to select the  "School ID card" option in the drop down menu of Identification type in the application form of JEE-Main

If your school ID contains any Enrollment Number/ STUDENT ID No. then you can fill it up.

I would say if you have AADHAR card take it as identification type. This will reduce any chance of problems during the identification.
