As you may know NIOS does not issue any Transfer/School Leaving Certificate separately to any of  its learners. At the time of verification of documents you can simply tell them that since you have completed your schooling from NIOS you do not have the transfer or school leaving certificate.

For pursuing Biotechnology Engineering stream ,the eligibility criteria for B.tech in biotechnology engineering is completion of class 12 from a recognised board.
