If your certificate is made and reaches on time then there will be no problem, even if it has a date closer to arrive then you may ask the college authorities to wait for your certificate to arrive and if it taking longer than

That's not necessary. If you have a job experience and your academics are good , then definitely you can make it to CAT.

But yes scoring well in CAT should be your priority.  As that would cover your gaps between academics.
