Visit this branch in your city and request that they produce police character endorsement so they'll give you an application structure. Fill that application structure, connect required archives with that structure recorded in structure and return to Security Office branch.

Earlier , open school candidates were not eligible for the exam  of NEET ug . But in year 2019 , the matter was,taken to court and the court decided open school students to be eligible for NEET exam from year 2019 again.  So , yes you are eligible

According to government rules now any open school boards are considered valid for higher educations as well.

But still, some universities / colleges didn't accept it.

So,before applying in college,  i will suggest you to go through all its rules and norms for avoiding any kind of inconvenience.

As you have lost your original character certificate then you can use one issued by notary or gazetted officer too.

But in general it only worjs as a temporary one and maybe some colleges rise objections for this.
