With your Rank it will be quite difficult to get into medical colleges in Delhi as each and every college in Delhi holds a very fine position with respect to their ranking. I don't think now you can show your domicile as Maharashtra as your schooling is of delhi.

Question is not too clear.  I believe you are asking about the admission to colleges and other Institutions offering diploma etc. Students who have passed class 12th are eligible to take admission in college depending upon your choice of course. 

It doesn't matter if you went to the Daily School in 11th, you can take non attending / dummy admission in 12th.
