Yes, you can get iit if your a SC category student, try on IIT BHU(Ceramic ,Civi,metallurgy, pharmaceutical,biochemical,); IIT bhubneswar(mechanical dual degree); IIT Guwahati(biotech, chemical,civil). You secured 2417 that is not enough for good branches like cse and IT.

For Kirit P Mehta school of law -  The eligibility criteria for BALLB program is 12th with minimum 50% and one has appeared for CLAT or LSAT. The CLAT score above 90 is a good score and enough for admission in BALLB.
