You are eligible to get seat base on your 12th board mark, because 50% in 12th board can eligible to get a seat.
But based on the CET rank you can able try for it. So apply for that but not sure for you will get a seat.

It is important that you collect your class 10 passing certificate. You can ask your school officials for the same. They will ask you for your other credentials to look for it but make sure you have it as it will be required while applying for higher education.
