You should choose Uttar Pradesh as your State of Eligibility.

The state selected for 15% All India Quota has no bearing on the student’s admission process since admissions to 15% All India Quota seats doesn’t have any domicile requirements.

You should select the state where your permanent address is

Hey,
Well,yes. You can crack the Medical Entrance Examinations like NEET or AIIMS. You need not worry about the labguage. Question paper is asked in Bengali as well. The syllabus includes Physics,Chemistry and Biology of class 11th and 12th. So,work hard and plan accordingly.

Not necessarily.,these are the primary documents you will require while counselling :

10th and 12th Class Passing Certificate.

2. Birth Certificate.

3. NEET Rank Letter.

4. Two Passport size photographs similar to that affixed on the online application form.

5. Caste Certificate (If applicable).

6. NEET 2018 Admit Card.
