NTSE is conducted only for class 10 students and therefore you can appear for the exam next year. Till then, you can involve yourself in the preparation of the exam.

Yes, SCERT Maharashtra has released the application form of NTSE Maharashtra 2019 on August 16. The last date to submit the completely filled application form is September 14, 2018 (without late fee) and September 22, 2018 (with late fee). Visit the link below to apply:

Which open school are you enrolled in? If it is NIOS, then yes, you can appear for CLAT exam without any worries as NIOS is recognised by UGC.
