2018-19 application form for NTSE is available only for Tripura as of now. The other states will be releasing the admission form soon, likely in the first week of August. The application form has to be submitted after being certified by your school's principal to your state's liaison

Hi, you can only apply to dummy schools via Via Patrachar Vidyalaya, CBSE Private or NIOS Open school board. So, which board would you like and from where do you want admissions is unclear to me. Most of the dates for admissions have already passed. Hope this helps.
