Yes, Bihar Open School students are eligible for JEE Mains. You dont need to be in the top 20 percentile. You just have to pass/qualify your class 12 exam.

It depends on your eligibilty in getting admission in general category or Caste.
U said u r from multiple states, as AP & Telangana are now different states.
U need to decide with your parents where u origin from.
As both states belongs to South India.

Hii sweta,

To appear in KVPY, you must secure atleast 75% aggregate marks in mathematics and science. There is a relaxation of 10% marks for SC,ST and Pwd candidates.
