You may upload the copy of your school leaving certificate but at the time of counselling you will have to produce the original one. So better request your school for a school leaving certificate to be re-issued in case you have lost or misplaced it.

You need to enter the exact name as it is in your school certificates only. In the mean time you can apply for correction of name in your aadhar card at any aadhar enrollment centre or if your mobile number is linked to your aadhar card you may apply for
