It depends on you. If you are not clear in your subjects then I would suggest to clear first with your teachers and if you have joined any coachings then you can discuss with your tution teacher also.
KVPY hasnt yet uploaded the result, but they have published the tentative answer key for aptitude test of stream SA, SX/SB. Kindly cross-check with how you answered them and you should get a fair idea of your standing. Check the below link.
