im pcmb student... so will i face difficulty in cs...and i had doubt in programming will i have ro remember lengthy program that comes in c language or there is technique

Atul Singh 12th Nov, 2021

Dear Student,

You choose CSE branch only if you are interested in coding/programming otherwise you will not succeed in this field.

And in programing you don't need to learn the long codes you just need to know the syntax of that particular language whether it is a C/C++/Java/Python. Rest part is just the logic and you can modify that if you can and make that code short. You need to improve your logical thinking so that you can write good code without learning.

Good Luck :)

I got 252 rank in tsicet I am local but comes under svu I finished my degree in ap which college can I expect and wat is cutoff ranks for govt college

Sharon Rose Student Expert 9th Nov, 2021

Hello,

The cut off for each college will be different. To have decent chances to get seat in Government Institute the rank must be under 1000. As you have secured rank under 1000 you do have chances to get seat in Government and Private institute as well. You haven't mentioned the course in which you wish to seek admission and your category. Based on the information available in your profile we consider that you are seeking admission to Master in Business Management. Assuming that you belong to general category here is the list of institutes in which you have chances of getting seat

  • BADRUKA COLLEGE PG CENTRE
  • CHAITANYA BHARATHI INST OF TECHNOLOGY
  • JNTU SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES SELF FINANCE
  • UNIVERSITY COLLEGE OF COMMERCE & BUSINESS MGNT KU CAMPUS
  • NIZAM COLLEGE SELF FINANCE
  • OU COLL OF COMMERCE BUSI MGMT SELF FINANCE

Cut off changes every year depending on factors such as total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.

1- If I get seat in 20 number college(say), through josaa.. but I want to go in 32 number, because its in my city only. Then what should I do? Meeting physically to college head will resolve? 2- Is it true that if we got our seat through josaa, but lower rank student comes and my seat is rejected?

Aditya 8th Nov, 2021

Hi aspirant,

There is no way you can choose the the lower preferred seat by any means in josaa counselling. The authorities tried to allot you a seat based upon your performance and the preference order given by you and once allocated a seat, the candidate needs to choose between freeze, float or slide. That means you can either accept the initially allotted heat or can accept the seat and wait for any further upgrades in the same college or can accept the seat and wait for upgrade into a higher preferred choice. If you wanted a seat in the college which is located in your city then you should have filled at choices accordingly.

Coming to the second question you will not loose a seat (if alloted any) due to some other candidates interference. Your seat could be only cancelled in case you opt out of the process , did not pay the required field in the mentioned time or do not fulfill the basic eligibility criteria.

Hope it helps!!

can anyone answer me what courses comes under professional and non professional courses..and tell me what difference between in it and tell me advantages and disadvantage in both of them.

Mghv 28th Oct, 2021

Dear Student,

A professional course is a college-level course designed to target those who are in, or about to enter, the workforce in corporate, government or technology fields. Consider taking a professional course if you want to strengthen your skills in areas such as team management, computer technology and health and safety. Whereas, A non professional course just grants your a degree for under professional work. Non-Professional students are those who pursue their degree in liberal courses such as arts, commerce, basic sciences, humanities, social work, fine arts, music, drama, creative writing etc. There is less competition in liberal courses.

Some of the examples of professional degrees are:

  • Master of Business Administration.
  • Medicine.
  • Mass communication.
  • Engineering.
  • Fashion Designing.
  • Chartered accountant.
  • Civil services.
  • Accounts & Finance
