According to my research I guess for B.TECH in CSE you should go for MANIPAL JAIPUR as it, has amazing faculties as well as properly infrastructured campus. The labs are fully equipped with new devices and instruments. Also the placement record is good at this college for CSE.

Upes focuses more on core branches like Petroleum Engineering,Fire and Safety and thus is more Energy Sector domain college whereas Jaypee focuses more on CSE,IT branches and has much better placement in CSE.
This is solely my opinion,join the college which you are more interested in ....
