It would be very difficult for you to get admission as you did not fill any form. What you can do is approach some private colleges and universities which take in admission through management and talk to them about this problem of yours. They will let you know about their terms and conditions on what can be done.

First of all congrats forr securing good rank in NLU 2019 . As per my knowledge students below 1k ranks are eligible for almost all top NLU (it will be little tough if you are from general category) . So you have very high chance of securing good course in 2nd round of counselling else last round counselling is all yours :)

I am assuming you a general candidate (for reserved category it will be much easier) As per previous year cutoff and trends you will definitely get assured seat in tier 2 NLUs Though it will tough for getting seat in top ones still you have hope and you have to wait till last round for getting top colleges .

Considering your marks in CLAT 2019, you may get admission in UPES Dehradun. As per the past year observations and analysis Generally a score above 90 and a rank upto is10000  decent enough for admission here. Admissions depend upon the cutoff of entrance examination, no. of applications and total vacant seats available with the university.

Since the cut-offs have been high this year, much can not be predicted. You can contact the admission authorities and the university for more details.

It would be very difficult to get a call from UPES since admission at UPES generally ends at a much lesser rank. You may get into IP University and some of the college's were you stand a chance to get admission are as follows; 

1. Delhi Institute of Rural Development

2. Delhi Institute of Metropolitan Studies,  NOIDA

3. Chander Prabhu Jain College of Higher Studies

With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 9900-11200. If you fall in general category then I'm afraid you don't have a chance in UPES Dehradun as their closing rank lies below 3000. But if you belong to reserved category then you may have some chances in the college. But in general category you can check out other private colleges like

• ICFAI Law school Hyderabad, 
• MS Ramaiah college of law 
• Christ University Bangalore 
• IMS law college Noida

Yes! You can take admission in UPES through Clat score.Candidates with minimum 50% Marks in Higher & Senior Secondary (10th & 12th) and CLAT ranking upto 5000.Candidates selected through CLAT/ L-SAT merit list will be invited directly for GD and Interview.
