Yes you are eligible to take admission in Delhi University as you have completed your 12th from Nepal so you also be treated as foreign student.
For that you just need a valid certificates like domicile, education, VISA, etc. And after some screening you will be eligible to take admission in DU followed by entrance and cutoff.

DU Sol doesn't provide MBA course. But you can take admission in Delhi University MBA on the basis of CAT score. If you still wants to pursue your MBA with distance learning, you may try in following colleges:

The online registration for ug programmes in SOL has to be notified.The DU SOL admission 2021 process is based on merit and this is why the qualifying marks of the candidates seeking admission to various programmes will be strictly evaluated.The school of open learning delhi offers seats in five UG programmes which are - B.Com Hons, BA English Hons, B. Com , BA Political Science Hons and BA programme.

First, when you open the University of Delhi SOL website,
You need to register yourself. When it asks for ID password, you need to click on sign up or create new account or new registration.
After the registration you can use the ID password provided to you to login into their website and fill the application form for pg course.
If it still causes some problem while registration, try registering with some another ID.

As per the information given on the official site of SOL, all the students who have completed their undergraduate degree from University of Delhi are eligible for Direct/Merit based admission into their desired course. Students who have completed their undergraduate degree from other universities are required to seek admission on the basis of the entrance exam. However, irrespective of the mode of intake, all the candidates who desire to seek admission are required to register online on the portal of PG admissions.
