DO WE NEED TO GET THE DUPLICATE 10TH MARKSHEET (ISSUED BY CBSE VIA POST) SIGNED BY THE SCHOOL PRINCIPAL ?I NEED IT FOR NEET PG COUNSELLING.

Tanya Gupta 19th Jan, 2022

Hi,

There is actually no need to get the duplicate 10th marksheet signed by the school principal. Yes,you need it for the birth proof but having your principal signature is not necessary. In case, they ask you for the marksheet to be signed by principal (which they won't ask you to but if they do) then you can get it signed by your principal.

I hope this helps,

All the best.

do I have to sign any document by my school principal latest if he already sign all document for mbbs admission in du ,

Kajal Gautam 21st Dec, 2021

Dear Candidate,

No,you didn't required to get sign on any document by your school principal latest if he already sign all the documents for mbbs already but in futre if college demand some attested signature again of your principal then you again need to get sign of your principal on that particular document and this time they also gave some time period to you for that work. So,don't worry about that if you already do this earlier if something new documents your college want then they give time to you for that.

Hope, this helps you to get answer of your query.

is government high school principal come under gazette officer?

Garima Sihag 16th Feb, 2024
  • Government High School headmasters are considered as Gazetted officers falling under Class II of the list.
  • Despite being a gazetted officer, the headmaster of a government high school possesses limited authority. They do not possess the same powers as a notary, such as attesting agreements and affidavits.
  • Their authority is restricted to attesting documents as true copies of the original ones.
  • These headmasters are categorized under Class II or Group B (Gazetted Category). The recruitment process for government school headmasters follows the government's guidelines, and their appointment is made by the government.
  • This category includes headmasters of both State Government and Central Government schools. On the other hand, headmasters of private schools are not considered gazetted officers primarily because their appointment is not made by the government, and the recruitment rules do not align with government regulations.

Respected Sir/Maam

Hope you are Safe and Hearty in these Tough Pandemic Times. I am _______ , a student of Class ____ Section ___ of your esteemed school. I would request you to grant me permission to continue with Offline Classes for the remaining session.

My locality faces regular and severe network issues, which makes it difficult for me to continue with Online Classes, and hence the need for Offline Classes. I would be obliged if you grant me permission for the same. Hoping for a Positive Reply.

is a domicile certificate valid of date 31.12.2019...but signed on proforma a2 by my school principal with date 20.10.2020...and on a1 by magistrate 20.10.2020..for neet counselling 2020??

aawezk11 27th Oct, 2020

Hello,

For proforma a1 the Candidates should be residing in the state of West Bengal continuously for the past 10 years as on December 31, 2020.

For proforma a2 the Candidates should be residing in the state of West Bengal continuously for atleast 10 years as on Dec 31, 2020, and the candidates should have passed the 10+2 examination in the year 2020 or before.

As you can see it's Stated that The domicile certificate should be as of 31.12.2020 so it's better for you to get that attested instead of using the domicile certificate of 31.12.2019, to be on the safe side. Getting your Proforma A2 attested is easier so you can get it done easily.

The A1 Certificate should be signed by any A grade officer as for the A2 certificate you can get it attested by your school authorities.

Hope this helps
