There is no news form the education minister of Kerala regarding the closing of schools due to the new out break but there is a possibility that the schools can be closed. Many states are closing the schools now for a limiter amount of time that is till the last week of January. So Kerala can follow the same. Keep an eye on the news for the latest information.
