Dear candidate out of Vignans Institute of Science and Technology, Vishakhapatnam and Vignans University Guntur, the later one is somewhat better because in the former one the placement records shows some decline in the graph. According to the college reviews it does not have good reviews. The name is only thing lavishing about the college, there are no teaching faculty that are exceptional, plus there is no scope of placements in any branch. The best thing is the building nothing else,
