cutoff is not available for science stream. Basic eligibility is good percentage in 10th and 12th. Admission is done merit based and it is a offline process. it is safe to have a percentage above 80%. Government colleges will accept rank above 90 for admission into Science streams.

It is difficult to get a science stream if you didn't had physics in your 12th. Mostly all the college have physics in 12th science stream.

You have to look for exam which considers aggregate percentage as eligibility. This is the only way to get a field.
