Hope you are doing great.

No,you can't appear for the NET exam for environment science because the eligibility criteria is that you can give NET exam in the same subject for which you have done your Masters or Bachelor's degree.

So,you can appear for the NET exam in Biotechnology

Once you get admission in the College and your seat gets confirmed. You can change your stream only till the admission gets closed or till the College closes it's admission website. Mostly within 15 to 20 days you can change your stream and later you can't do it

Unfortunately, the Government Women's College, Bolangir, Oddisa, does not offer any science related courses after 10+2. They only offer bachelor's course in Arts (B.A), which is a three year course. You may get more information about the College from the link given below-
