Hello, no Internal marks in class 12th are not added at all in your marksheet.Only Board examination marks will be considered for evaluating percentage, that is both theory exam and practical examinations' marks.

If your brother is giving only those papers in which he failed he can give exam from old syllabus.

But if he want to give exam for all the papers freshly he can give it through new syllabus.

You should contact his college for detailed information about the exam.
