To get a seat in IISc Bangalore, there is another way other than JEE Advance and that is through KVPY with a high score and good rank. There are a few eligibility criteria that you must have to satisfy in order to get admission.

No problem in having computer science as fifth subject. For kvpy you need to have science subject that is physic, chemistry, maths/ biology. You can have any subject as fifth subject. But you need to have pcm/pcb.  For more detail visit this link
