Yes you are eligible since for BPT courses minimum aggregate is 50% marks in physics,chemistry and biology in practicals in 10+2 examinations by a recognized board.However you have to qualify in admission tests like ommon Entrance Test (CET), GGSIPU CET, etc  to get admission in colleges.
