After pcb there will very low chance to get into commerce stream , if you want to pursue you should be get very strong with the basics of the commerce , accountancy ,finance etc


But after the pcb there will be a great way to get a graduation degree

Hi, yes you are elligible for a Bacherlor's Degree in Commerce. At the same time though, remeber that the subjects you will study in commerce are really different than what you had studied before. Changing science to Commerce is little bit hard for many people, mostly becuase subjects like Accounts

NEET eligibility criteria by nta  mentions nothing about appearing for improvement examination, but yes as per eligibility criteria by NTA for jee mains when one appears for improvement examination then he has to appear in all the five subjects otherwise it is not considered.
