usually du deducts 2.5- percentile on changing stream but as per an indianexpress article this year the marks deduction policy has been withdrawn .

68% is not a good score to get admission in Delhi University in science courses. However, you've mentioned your category but still with only this much score it is difficult to secure a seat.

For the science courses, in reserved category the closing cut offs were somewhat around 79-80%,
