60% is a decent percentage but not really good according to class 10 board result standard.So you should not face much problem to get a decent college for yourself.
But if you are looking to take admission in the top rung colleges then it looks difficult because most
not all schools have same criteria it depend on the schools where some school take it 70% and 85% whereas some takefor 65% too.

for getting admission in nice college you should crack neet exam or niper jee exam
to get admission in mbbs , bds , pharmacy . if you score good marks you can get admission in bsc courses of medical line easily. try to score at least 75
