in orissa only one college that is orissa university of agriculture and technology - OUAT do offer bachelors of science in meteorology and masters of sciences in meteorology only , no other college located in orissa do offer the same .

So, the admission process includes consideration of both boards and GUJCET. All the colleges acceptsadmission, on merit rule of 60:40.

The admission to UG courses at the University of Delhi are done on the basis of merit of previous qualifying examination as well as the entrance examination. Its not sure that you'll be allotted a good college on base of your 12th percentage, but you can definitely confirm
