Yes , with ICAR AIEEA PG rank of 900 and score of 344 in Plant Sciences for the general category you have better chances of getting admission into decent agriculture colleges in India , may you not get the top tier one but you could get mid level or private institutions

You must participate in the ICAR counselling process to secure a seat in mid tier colleges or a goo regional institution and fill all possible choices to increase your chances.
