Mr Gandhi build rapport and relationship with the Scotland yard detectives. He treated them equally and in a friendship manner. He used to visit the Scotland yard detectives home. Besides this Mr Gandhi also didn't make any distance from them during his public appearances. He also send them watches as presents while he was in India.

I am really sorry to say this but with with this percentile chances of your admission into some NIT is quite low .  Since there is not a regular trend followed when we talk about pwd category rank . I would still recommend you to Participate in the counselling and if luck favours you and the cut off percentile goes a little down  , you will definitely be able to get a seat in NIT
