Hello aspirant,
You can opt for any degree while doing Company Secretary. But I would suggest you to go for either for Bcom ( if you are from commerce background) or LLB as the course in LLB will be somewhat similar to CS course to some extent.
Thank you
Hope this information helps you.
Here below I am providing you name of some of the colleges which does not have strict attendance rules so that you can focus on pursuing Company Secretary:
Hope it helps you
Writing speeches for the President, General Secretary, Sports, and Cultural Secretaries is only one aspect of a literary secretary's duties. The Lit Sec is regarded as having above-average grasp of the English language, vocabulary, and literature. They are also good writers and readers. The post, in my opinion, has the potential to be one of the committee's most influential roles if handled properly.
Hii There,
The role of a literary secretary extends beyond composing articles, speeches, or other literary tasks for teachers or individuals. It encompasses a broader range of responsibilities, including proficiency in writing, reading, and possessing an above-average understanding of the English language, vocabulary, and literature. Literary secretaries are also tasked with efficiently arranging and documenting meetings, as well as coordinating meetings with the Chairperson to strategize upcoming meetings.
I hope this answers your question.
Thanks
Dear Aspirant!
Yes, you can pursue the Company Secretary (CS) course even if you didn't study legal studies as an elective in your commerce stream. The Company Secretary course has its own curriculum that covers legal aspects, and specific legal studies in school are not mandatory. The CS course will provide you with the necessary legal knowledge and skills required for the profession.
Hey,
If the concerned regulatory authority has mentioned that you need to get that particular certificate from your college, then you surely need to talk about this to your college authorities and mention the specific information which the JAC Board secretary has mentioned. If possible, you can get it in written and show it to your college and request them to issue you the 12th equivalent certificate.
Hello Aspirant
CS experts have a promising future. One of the most prestigious and effective work profiles is this one. After completing the course, candidates have the option to work in the stock market, corporate affairs division, legal board, and various government offices.
Corporate secretaries can find employment in the government in a variety of sectors. Job prospects are expanding, and many of these opportunities are brought about by the globalisation and privatisation of major state-owned industries as well as the rise in the number of businesses and brands working together with both the public and private sectors.
