First of all congratulation to get NIT  Waranga for MCM this is one of the top NIT colleges for MCA.

Chances are there to get NIT Surathkal in 3rd counselling but it is not sure to get   as it depend upon  number of candidates apply there and seat availability.

Sorry to say, I don't think you can use your last year marksheet for counseling if u failed last year. But in case it is allowed you can definately used the older marksheet. 

You stand a fair chance of securing a seat in the Bangalore Campus of Amrita School of Engineering. However, your chances of getting through is highly dependent on the pool of candidates and the branch that you are looking for.

the ranks cannot be predicted as it varies every year. for PG courses you need to give GATE  and for Ug courses, you need to give JEE.
