If you didn't get a seat in round 2021 in SRM counselling ,it means the cut off had not gone that far till now but it doesn't mean that you will not get your branch ,you just have to be a bit patient because the cut offs goes

If you have not obtained the seat till the last round of counselling then obviously you will get your security money back but you need to wait till the whole process of counselling gets over .It completely depends on the board as when they will return the money.Generally
Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you you should wait for further rounds as the cutoff goes low in upcoming rounds and then you may expect a fall in cutoffs.
