    According to the revised UGC 7th pay commission a newbie assistant professor earns INR 57700 as well as grade pay INR 6000. So as a total the amount becomes 63000. However a senior assistant professor earns INR 68900 + 7000 grade pay, which becomes 75900 as a total amount.
