Yes! You have a chance of getting seat in sastra University. But getting CSE/ECE in thanjavur is bit diificult since there will be lot of applicants applying for it. And there will be lot of students from AP who have good IPE score will be applying for it.

It's just ranks no specific cut offs. If you are from TN you need to be within 700 ranks to make sure that everything is available for you in stream 1.
