Hey , for getting admission in Sastra university for stream 2 in ece branch 2018 , marks should be greater than 1150 for a TN board student and   1000 for AP board students  or you should have a percentage above 96 to have a decent chancee.

Merit scholarship is based only for national level management test based scores,And there are no other scholarships available. concession is given on the basis of national level entrance exams.

Yes , you can still get admission in Sastra university if even you have not given JEE MAINS .You need to fill the application form under stream 2 until June 9,2018 and then ,you can get admission on the basis of your marks obtained in university qualifying exam . Congratulations for getting  a good score in your +2 . 

Sastra university demands for a minimum  +2 percentage of 98% to give a seat. Though you have a pretty good percentage  it will not be enough for you to get a seat in Australia university .

Apart from Sastra, there are also many other good engineering  colleges that don't demand such high percentage . May be you can give them a try to those colleges also.

As per the previous years cut off for the AP boards you are close. You have scored good marks in both the examinations.You would be getting a seat in the university. Wait for the cut off release and then you can apply accordingly for the admissions. Search for other alternatives as a backup option.
