What is the cut of marks for your cllg

Dear Somisetty,

For sastra there is no Cutoff. It is based on 12th percentage and jee main mark(sastra will calculate like this 12th percentage * 0.75+jee main mark * 0.25) total 165. Out of 165 what is your marks, based on that they will give the seat.

For SASTRA University B. Tech Admissions , 70% of the seats will be allotted to the candidates based on their JEE Main performance and their performance in 12th standard, conducted by various boards across India.

this is a second type of category where they consider your 12th boars

My JEE mains score is 89 and 88% in class 12. Will I get seat in sastra?

Chnaces are less as Sastra University takes admission on basis of both 12th scores and jee main scores.

Cutoff range from 105-120 and with this score your aggregate shall be under 100.

75% weightage is considered for 12th scores and 25%.weightage for JEE mains.

You can rather try for colleges

Yes you have wonderful chances for conversion as 75% weightage is given to board marks and 25% weightage is given to JEE Mains score.

Before 2017, the University would conduct an one month course for students willing to get into Sastra via lateral entry. Admissions were based on your performance in the exam conducted at the end of the course, attendance in the crash course and also your Polytechnic marks.
