My advise will be Chandigarh university , not only because it is a great university but as you must know Chandigarh is the cleanest city of India and the standard of living there is good. so you will like it much better than Sharda.

Both the universities are well known Private universities in Northern India in terms of placement, faculty and courses offered. However, Sharda University would be a better choice as it is strategically located in Noida which is itself an Employment hub and very close to the National Capital.
